Are you ready to turn your challenges into stepping stones for growth and inner peace? Shaanti means peace in Sanskrit, and that is what I want for my clients to achieve in their lives. I provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions.

Together, we can work through past trauma, develop practical coping strategies, enhance communication skills, and cultivate self-esteem in a collaborative and empowering environment. My therapeutic approach is tailored to your own unique needs. I draw from a toolkit of modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, narrative therapy and TF-CBT, and Brainspotting.
